A Take-Back System Designed for
E-Commerce Customers
Besides collecting clothing and footwear via traditional collecting systems, TEXAID operates an innovative online take-back system for post-consumer textiles under the brand PACKMEE. With PACKMEE, users can ship their used clothing and shoes directly and free of charge to a TEXAID sorting facility.
The goods received are inspected and sorted in accordance with 300 different quality criteria.

In TEXAID’s sorting and production facilities in Europe and the USA, the collected end-of-use textiles are sorted according to up to 300 different criteria and sent for further processing.
